The homes at The Bay have been designed by local architects to blend harmoniously with the landscape, whilst affording outstanding views directly out to sea or across open countryside. The finest materials are being used, with exteriors finished in a blend of natural stone and cedar.
Two and three bedroom designs are available ranging from approximately 900 sq. ft. to 1200 sq. ft. Please contact us for further details including floor plans and specifications. Room sizes are larger than typically found in holiday accomodation. A parking space for each home is included in the sale.
Planning permission has been granted for year-round usage as holiday homes, however, they may not become an owner's primary residence. Our homes are permanent constructions, using a combination of modern and traditional building methods and materials, and benefit from the 10 year NHBC Buildmark Warranty.
Interiors
The interiors represent the best of contemporary design, with either two or three bedrooms, finished in neutral tones. High-specification modern kitchens will be fully-fitted with high quality appliances. The homes have been designed with family holidays in mind, with the majority centred around these spacious, open-plan, kitchen areas. The bathrooms bring a new standard to homes in this price bracket and feature fully-tiled walls and a ‘boutique hotel’ feel.

A number of carefully selected upgrades to the homes will be cost options, such as: integrated audio visual systems, wood-burning stoves and coordinated furniture.
Many of the homes have balconies or outdoor decked areas on which we can also install a hot tub.
