The Bay Talland is a private, gated and fully-managed community just a short stroll from the shore.  With extensive on-site facilities and a resident manager on hand to help you get the most from your holiday, it is an ideal location from which to explore all that Cornwall has to offer.

Clubhouse

The Clubhouse has just opened and is exclusively for the use of home owners and our guests. It features a beautiful 12m x 6m indoor pool, gym and changing rooms. A sauna and steam room will be added later in the year. This building also has a spacious lounge area and terrace where guests can relax with a morning coffee and pastries or drinks throughout the day.

Concierge Services

Your time on holiday is precious so why not make use of our concierge service to:

• Recommend and book local restaurants
• Organise taxis or hire cars
• Provide babysitters
• Book boat trips, horse riding, golf and the many other activities in the area
• Simply share our local knowledge to allow you to enjoy your holiday to the full.

For the ultimate in luxury for that special occasion, we would be delighted to organise a chef to cook for you. Whether an intimate dinner, a family celebration or a delicious barbeque on your private deck, just ask.

Welcome Hampers

If you are arriving late or just prefer to find a fully stocked fridge the moment you arrive, why not pre-order one of our local Cornish food and drink hampers. These can contain both luxury products and every day basics and will be delivered to your kitchen before your arrival.

Cleaning

Weekly cleaning and linen supplies are included in the cost of rentals.  Additional cleaning services may be arranged through Reception.
