Interiors

The interiors represent the best of contemporary design. They have an open-plan layout centred around spacious kitchen/dining and living areas and room sizes much larger than typically found in holiday homes. They all have 3 bedrooms, one ensuite bathroom and one or two family bath or shower rooms.

The high specification modern kitchens are fully-fitted with quality Neff appliances and include integrated oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and dishwasher. All kitchens are fully equipped to 5 star VisitBritain standards with a full complement of crockery, cutlery and utensils.

The bathrooms have a boutique hotel feel, fully tiled and with contemporary white sanitary- ware and walk-in showers.

Oak flooring throughout the living areas, oak internal doors and neutral carpets in the bedrooms complement the neutral shades of the décor.

Most of the homes have the benefit of woodburners in the living room which, along with underfloor heating throughout, make these properties cosy even on winter days. Some have been equipped to an even higher level and include additions such outdoor hot-tubs, wireless broadband, multi-room Sky TV and audio systems.
