The Bay Talland is a gated and fully managed community with extensive on site facilities and a resident manager providing year-round maintenance and security.

The Clubhouse is now open and is exclusively for the use of home owners and their guests. It features a 12m x 6m indoor swimming pool, gym and changing rooms.  It will soon also boast a sauna and steam room.  A spacious lounge area looks out over the pool and the cafe/bar serves coffees, drinks and snacks.

The landscaped grounds are fully enclosed and extensive, giving children a safe environment in which to play. In addition to the indoor pool, the final phase will feature a natural swimming pool of chemical-free water, cleaned and filtered by plants growing around its edge. An all-weather tennis court at the top of the site will complete the range of recreational facilities.

A nearby secure boat store and Talland Bay's free public slipway, along with moorings in Looe and Polperro, make The Bay an ideal base for small-boat enthusiasts.

In order to ensure that buyers’ best interests are represented in the long term, and high standards are maintained, the home buyers will have shared ownership of the common parts through a non-profit Management Company. This Company will levy an annual service charge to pay for the upkeep of the grounds and cleaning and maintenance of the Clubhouse.

Many owners will wish to make use of the comprehensive on-site letting and management service which will make it very straightforward for owners to let their homes. Services offered include: active marketing, reservations, key holding, cleaning and laundry and the arranging of essential repairs and maintenance.

The Bay Talland's Concierge Service will make recommendations and reservations to help owners to make the most of their stay in the area. Typical holiday activities which can be arranged are: sailing and boat trips, golf, fishing, cycling and horse-riding, in addition to reservations at local restaurants.
