Final Phase

Talland Homes offers a choice of four striking designs for this final phase which looks out over spacious landscaped gardens and a natural outdoor swimming pool. Designed by the noted London architects Mador & Co., they create a stylish, contemporary and sustainable development.

The homes are built to order on the buyer’s chosen plot, and so we are able to offer a significant degree of customisation of their interiors.

Externally, each is finished in cedar and local Cornish stone, which blend harmoniously into the landscape, and they are positioned to maintain privacy whilst affording the best possible views. Extensive planting of indigenous species helps to screen the homes from each other.

The properties are all contemporary three bedroom/two bathroom homes, with open planning, large areas of glazing and the emphasis on an informal modern lifestyle. High environmental standards are integral to the design, with timber frame construction from sustainable forests, optional wood burning stoves and roof gardens to reduce the carbon footprint and water runoff.

Each house type has its own unique identity created through careful design and by working closely with our customers to define and deliver their specific requirements.

Every house has its own parking space and private garden area and most buyers have chosen to have hot-tubs installed on their terraces or decks.

The Light House (main photo) design focus is light-filled rooms with picture windows giving views from their elevated position over the landscaped grounds. The two main bedrooms open onto a large south-facing balcony on which to enjoy breakfast or the last of the evening sun. (ONE AVAILABLE)

The Sky Garden features a balcony to the main bedroom and a galleried landing with floor to ceiling windows. A stunning rooftop garden has extensive decking for sunbathing and alfresco dining. (SOLD OUT)

The Sky Deck has a split-level layout with open-plan living areas on the first floor, to maximize views, and has an internal spiral staircase leading to an extensive private roof terrace from which this house type takes its name. (TWO AVAILABLE)

The Poolside homes are a semi-detached pair which look out directly over the swimming pond to the landscaped gardens beyond. They feature a top floor bedroom opening onto an extensive roof-garden. (SOLD OUT)

Construction of these 8 homes is now complete and the homes have all been handed over to their new owners.
