Interiors

Our interiors represent the best of contemporary design. They have an open-plan layout centred around spacious kitchen/dining and living areas and room sizes are larger than typically found in holiday homes. They all have 3 bedrooms and 2 bath or shower rooms and an additional downstairs cloakroom.

Owners are able to choose their preferred kitchen layout and cabinets and work-surfaces from a range offered by our kitchen supplier. These high specification modern kitchens are fully-fitted with quality Neff appliances and include integrated oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and dishwasher.

The bathrooms have a boutique hotel feel, fully tiled with a choice from Porcelanosa, and contemporary white sanitary ware and walk-in showers.

Oak flooring throughout the living areas, oak internal doors and neutral carpets in the bedrooms complement the soft white décor.

Energy efficient electric underfloor heating is provided, as standard, and the luxury specification can be completed with the optional addition of a woodburner stove, an outdoor hot-tub, flat panel televisions and integrated audio/visual systems.
