Beautiful views from our balcony. Really friendly and helpful staff. Lovely walks but wear trainers as steep hills. Nice indoor pool and small gym. Single track roads into park, so be prepared to do lots of reversing. Would come back for sure really clean and tidy place.

We have just returned from a beautiful stay at House 19, the Bay Talland. The house was spotless and had everything you could need whilst you are away from home. There was even a cornish cream tea waiting for us on arrival, which was a lovely touch. We didnt get round to using the Pool, but it looked very nice. The owners who look after The Bay Talland are very friendly and accommodating. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they certainly go the extra mile. My parents asked for an extra pillow and they were straight up with three extra pillows. It would be useful if there was a gate on the garden so that you are able to let out the dogs without us watching over them. Talland Bay is just 5 mins down the road and it is a lovely bay but they do charge car parking. We found the Jubilee Inn at Pelynt did lovely meals if you want to eat out.

We spent a fantastic two weeks at number 47. The House is very well appointed and kitted out. We were lucky and had superb weather, which meant that our evenings were spent on the roof terrace and the pool table had plenty of use. We were very impressed that after the first week we were restocked with dishwasher tablets, washing machine tablets and the all important scones, jam and clotted cream!!! The indoor pool was very welcome and a good temperature, not too warm. The location is very good for sightseeing, we did not manage to do everything on our list. Would recommend The Looe Valley train for a very cheap day out - it was only £9.15 return for three people!!! Very pretty run up to Liskeard. It is worth driving round to Hannafore point in West Looe as there is a great view over Looe Island and a lovely little cafe overlooking the beach. We were also able to visit 3 National Trust houses and also Edgecumbe Park was great. We only had to pay for the car park, entry to the park was free. Overall we had a very enjoyable holiday and would not hesitate to return again.

My teenage daughter found this property on a google search and we are so pleased she did! The house had everything plus more than you would find at a holiday home. The complex is lovely with amazing views. It is peaceful. The weather was perfect which meant we could use the roof terrace most days. The hot tub was a chance to chill out after a day out. The coast path can easily be reached with lovely walks to both Looe and Polperro. The staff are really friendly and helpful. The indoor gym and swimming pool are an added bonus to use when you wish to stay on site for a day. We hope to return in the future.
